18th Ward Brewing

Following the success of Williamsburg sister bars —Northern Bell and Jimbo Slims—owners Jordan Beldner and Mike O’Brien were presented with an opportunity to build a space across the street from one of New York City’s premiere music venues, Brooklyn Steel. They followed their passions, branched out and opened NYC’s first family owned and ran operated brewery. Doors were opened in September 2019, starting out beginning as a local Williamsburg taproom and evolving to into distributing beer throughout all of New York State and New Jersey. In September of 2022, they the company opened their second 18th Ward Brewing location, a Taproom in New Rochelle, NY.
